We’re all about boosting the success of entrepreneurs through innovative solutions and stellar customer care. Our team is growing, and we need a sharp Operations Manager to help keep our operations smooth and our clients happy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Zapier workflows to automate business processes.

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Flodesk or similar platforms.

  • Set up and manage projects and workflows using Asana or similar project management tools.

  • Create and refine client onboarding processes, including scheduling and form integrations.

  • Develop payment processing workflows using Thrivecart or similar platforms.

  • Assist in the launch of new products or services, coordinating with various team members to meet launch deadlines.

What We Need From You:

  • Proven experience in creating and managing Zapier workflows.

  • Proficiency in email campaign management, preferably in Flodesk.

  • Solid background in project management and workflow setup.

  • Experience with onboarding workflow development, including scheduling and form creation.

  • Familiarity with payment processing workflows such as Thrivecart.

  • Experience working with entrepreneurs and familiarity with product/service launches.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration into business workflows.
